Love this jeweler! My daughter had an earring clasp break off on an earring my late mother gave her. Needless to say they have tremendous sentimental value! The owner did a tremendous job on the repair as we very much appreciate his expertise and professionalism. I highly recommend Tala Jeweler as you will not be disappointed!

This is the fourth generation jewellery store. The main jeweller brings a unique perspective to the design and manicure of jewellery. He custom makes many of the pieces to match the customers needs and design. Highly recommended.

I took my watch in for resize of the bracelet, they were very kind and knowledgeable. They had it done quickly for a very reasonable price. I highly recommend this shop and will return in the future. Thanks!

I dropped in close to closing time on Sunday with a small necklace repair, and it was fixed on the spot! Fast friendly service and he didn’t even charge me! A+++ now I can wear my favorite necklace again. Enjoyed browsing the beautiful jewelry on display for the few minutes I was waiting. Thank you!

I brought my 30 year old wedding ring to Tala to have a small diamond replaced that had fallen out of a channel and to fix the channel so more stones wouldn't be lost. Mr. Danadel replaced the stone and restored the channel (two other jewelry stores wouldn't touch it) and it looks beautiful! The price was much less than I expected to pay and I am absolutely thrilled. Thank you Mr. Danadel, I'm so glad I found your store!

Stopped by here for a necklace repair and the owner (I assume) was so nice! He repaired my necklace in 15 minutes and did a much better job than the last place I took it when it broke previously. He charged much less than I expected and while I was waiting, I realized what a great jewelry selection he has! Not just high end gemstone jewelry, but also minimalist gold rings/bracelets/necklaces. Great place and I highly recommend! Support local!

Our family has been using Tala Jewelry for the past 10 years. They are always kind and helpful and I have always been happy with their products and services. We have purchased so many beautiful gifts here over the years and the jeweler has taken great care of many already owned pieces for me too, including repairing or sizing diamond rings, platinum bands, diamond earrings and my Rolex watch. I trust them extensively to quickly take care of even my most precious pieces and we highly recommend this sweet family owned company located right in The Factory in Franklin TN.

Echoing other reviewers here, the owner of Tala Jeweler is so friendly, understanding, and great at what he does! I had been given a family heirloom that was damaged, he took my ideas and gave me his recommendations on what to do. Then turned those visions into reality. My grandmothers two-piece ring from the late 1940s was turned into a beautiful custom necklace and wedding ring set. Both my mother and my fiancee were surprised, ecstatic, and amazed at how well the pieces turned out! I feel confident in the owner's ability, and will trust him with all of my future jewelry purchases, repairs, and custom designs.
